Donor Bill of Rights

In the calendar year for which a donation of $25 or more to Blue to Red PAC is made …

1. Blue to Red PAC donors have the right to access annual reports disclosing how all funds raised by the PAC are spent;
2. Blue to Red PAC donors have the right to access all reports submitted from the PAC to the Federal Election Commission (FEC);
3. Blue to Red PAC donors have the right to access a pledge, signed by all officers of the PAC, promising full and complete compliance with federal election laws and regulations.
4. Blue to Red PAC donors have the right to submit comments and suggestions to the PAC regarding federal elections and campaigns through the PAC’s online platforms.
5. Blue to Red PAC donors have the right, upon request, to receive copies of all solicitations made by the PAC within the previous 10 days.
