You see, Congressman Clyburn likes funneling campaign funds he receives from donors into the pockets of his daughters, their husbands, and his grandson. We wonder if his donors were aware of this plan when making their contribution to his campaign.
Here’s the ugly deets …
$$ Clyburn’s daughter, Jennifer Clyburn Reed, received $45,000 as a “campaign management fee”.
$$ Clyburn’s son-in-law, cashed-in for $62,500 in rent payments.
$$ Clyburn’s other daughter, Angela Hannibal, pocketed $20,000 for a variety of campaign tasks, including “voter outreach.”
$$ Angela’s husband banked $70,000 for “district outreach.”
$$ Clyburn’s grandson got into the act, cashing in for $35,000 for “campaign management fees.”
Maybe Clyburn’s family performed actual services to earn these fees. What do you think? Yeah, we don’t think so either!
